Refund policy

Returns — 14 days, no drama

Under EU law you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. We honour that fully.

How it works. Email us within 14 days of delivery via the contact page with your order number. You then have 14 days to send the items back. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in the original packaging with all labels attached.

Refund. We refund the full amount including standard shipping within 14 days of receiving your return (or proof of return), using your original payment method. Return shipping costs are for the customer, unless the item is faulty.

Exchanges. Want a different size? Mention it in your email — if your size is still available we’ll reserve it while your return travels back.

Faulty items. Not the quality we promised? Send a photo — we solve it first and ask questions later.
