Terms of service

These terms apply to every order at storistudios.nl, operated by Stori Studios ([KVK-NUMMER], VAT [BTW-NUMMER], [VESTIGINGSADRES], the Netherlands).

Products & pre-orders. Chapter releases are produced in limited runs. Pre-orders are binding orders for items produced after the order window closes; the expected shipping window is stated on the product page. Your statutory rights (including the 14-day right of withdrawal) apply in full to pre-orders.

Prices. All prices include VAT. Shipping is shown at checkout. Obvious pricing errors do not bind us; we’ll contact you before proceeding.

Payment. Via the methods shown at checkout (iDEAL, Bancontact, cards, and others). Your bank statement shows STORISTUDIOS (or Klarna/PayPal if selected).

Delivery. See our Shipping Policy. Risk transfers to you upon delivery.

Returns. See our Returns & Exchanges policy — EU 14-day right of withdrawal.

Complaints. Contact us via the contact page; we respond within one business day. EU consumers may also use the European ODR platform (ec.europa.eu/odr).

Applicable law. Dutch law. Nothing in these terms limits your mandatory consumer rights.
